Canada – European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) Information Sessions

Thursday, November 16 to Thursday, December 7, 2017 at 9:00-11:30am
Location: Gander, Corner Brook and St. John's

On September 21, 2017 the Canada and the EU Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) came into effect.  It is a very exciting time for both Canada and the EU.  CETA promises to open the doors for Canadian companies with increased business opportunities, creation of jobs and strengthened economic relations. 

To share these opportunities with Newfoundland and Labrador firms, the Provincial Government, in partnership with federal agencies and industry associations, are hosting the following information sessions (some venues tba).

Gander: Thursday, November 16th (9am-11:30am)
Corner Brook: Friday, November 17th  (9am-11:30am)
St. John's: Tuesday, November 28th (9am-11:30am) at Oceans Advance, 1 Arctic Avenue, MUN & Thursday, December 7th (9am-11:30am) at BDC

Join us so that you may gain a better understanding of how the opportunities and benefits of CETA will impact your business. 

For companies not able to attend the session, conference call/webinar option will be available.
