Memorial University Computer Science co-op students seeking fall work terms

Students from the Department of Computer Science at Memorial are now seeking full-time, paid work terms starting in September 2017.  There are senior students in the Bachelor of Science, computer science program seeking work terms of 8, 12 or 16 months and students in the Master of Science, computer science program seeking work terms of 4 or 8 months.  These students are very eager and enthusiastic to make a solid contribution to your company and to develop their skills and professional capacities.

Student experience and interests include: software development; data mining; numerical modelling; project management; systems and server administration; financial services; user support; technical sales; security; debugging & testing; database design and management; object-oriented programming; computational research; mobile development; system hardware; data visualization, and AI. Skills include: Java, JavaScript, C++, C#, Python, HTML, CSS3, MySQL, PHP, NodeJS, ASP, SQL, MATLAB, JSP, Visual Basic, GCC, Makefile, Apache, GIT, Bootstrap.

The Cooperative Education office for the Faculty of Science would be pleased to assist you by posting opportunities on our co-op employment portal and arranging interviews with suitable candidates (on campus, at your office or by skype or videoconference, as required).
